Registration fees include:
- Access to the conference.
- Conference kit on arrival.
- Buffet lunches Monday–Thursday.
- Tea, coffee and refreshments during breaks.
- Welcome reception refreshments and food.
- Evening receptions Monday & Tuesday.
An accompanying person may be included at the catered welcome and poster receptions, as well as all lunches, for an additional £150. This may be selected at registration.
Gala dinner:
The conference gala dinner will be held in the historic Whitworth Hall on the final night of the conference (Thursday 10th September). Completed in 1902, this sandstone Neo-Gothic Grade II listed building has played host to over a century of graduations and ceremonies, and remains an icon of the campus.
Attendance at the gala dinner is available for an additional £80 fee, and can be requested during registration. Places are limited to 300.
